New Maple Walnut Banana Breakfast Shake

1 cup unsweetened plain soy milk

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup Walnuts halves and pieces

1 red banana or 1/2 large banana

1 Tblsp Maple Syrup

You can also add your favorite protein powder with 1/2 cup ice and 1/2 cup water.

Add all ingredients to blender jar and blend until smooth.
